Moon Dong-eun, a survivor of bullying in high school, is the protagonist of the series. She was tortured and eventually forced to leave school to save herself. Dong-Eun promises the group that “they will meet again” before leaving. She works at a factory for a few years, befriends fellow worker Sung-hee, gets her GED, and enrolls in a university to study education. Dong-eun has gathered knowledge about gangs over the years while studying. As an adult, Dong-eun’s life is a premeditated revenge scheme aimed at bringing justice to her tormentors and oppressors.

Moon Dong-eun wishes to ruin Yeon Jin’s family and, by implication, all of her high school bullies. Dong Eun understands that he needs supporters as she aims to kill them all, and he eventually recruits Kang Hyeon Nam, a woman whose husband beat her.

Dong Eun also befriends Joo Yeo Jeong (Lee Do Hyun), a doctor intern she meets in the hospital’s emergency department, and the two begin meeting every day at a public park dedicated to the board game Go. Joo Yeo Jeong began to develop affection for her. She then distances herself from him as she fears he has love feelings for her. It takes some time for them to become friends again, and she finally admits her plans for vengeance against the bullies who had devastated her life. Surprisingly, Yeo Jeong agrees to assist her.

Finally, Her main opponent, the criminally insane Park Yeon-jin, is publicly exposed for the terrible monster she is, and she loses her job as a weather girl, her husband, who files for divorce, and her small daughter’s loyalties.

Yes, this becomes more emotionally heavy as she gets closer to what she desires; it was heartbreaking, but happily, it had a nice finish. I liked her executioner, that nice love tale that means a lot when you care about the people involved.

The Glory delivers a suspenseful and unexpectedly fast-paced story. The acting in the series is excellent.
